CE Summary:
Creating a positive team culture is essential for effective service delivery and staff retention in ABA organizations. This CEU explores practical, research-based strategies that leaders can implement immediately to strengthen team cohesion and morale. Participants will learn how Presents & Presence—small gestures of appreciation and active engagement—build trust and psychological safety. We will examine how Reinforcement, a core principle of ABA, can be applied to leadership practices to increase desired behaviors among staff. Additionally, we will discuss Group Contingencies as a tool for promoting collaboration and shared accountability. The concept of Trickle-Down Leadership will be introduced, highlighting how leadership behaviors cascade through organizational layers to influence team culture. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies, real-world examples, and evidence-based insights to create a thriving, supportive work environment.
