Kirk Barton, MBA, J.D., joined ABS Kids in 2018 and has more than a decade of legal and compliance experience in the healthcare and technology industries. He is responsible for managing and implementing all legal affairs for ABS Kids and leads the internal processes for promoting and ensuring ABS Kids’ compliance with laws, regulations, company policies and procedures. Barton chairs ABS Kids’ compliance committee.
Barton earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University, his MBA from Arizona State University, and his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
