The ABS Kids Referral Process

At ABS Kids, we value our partnerships with providers in our communities and strive to make the referral process as seamless as possible.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Referrals can be submitted via fax or email, and in some cases, through select insurance provider portals.
  2. Once received, our Referral Specialist Team promptly reviews and processes each referral.
  3. An account for the referred child is created and forwarded to our Intake Specialist Team, who then reaches out directly to the child’s guardian to begin the intake process.

If a referral cannot be accepted, we return it to the referring provider along with a clear explanation via fax or email. This ensures transparency and allows families to pursue the most appropriate next steps.
