Francisco Chavez, MA, BCBA, joined ABS Kids in 2015 and played a key role in expanding the company’s services to California. His team has since grown to provide care to children in seven counties in Southern California. In his role as Regional Vice President of California, he strives to provide an environment where team members, patients, and families have access to quality ABA services that have a small company feel with all the resources of a larger company.
Chavez is an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been in the ABA field since 1999. He earned his bachelor’s of arts in psychology from University of California, Los Angeles, where he studied and conducted research under Dr. O. Ivar Lovaas. He earned his master’s degree in special education from Chapman University. Chavez enjoys teaching graduate courses in ABA to the next generations of behavior analysts. He lives in Southern California with his wife and children.
