Since 2011, it’s been a critical element to our operations as we expanded into five states, opened nearly 80 centers, and cared for more than 11,800 children.

Online Autism Resources
No matter what stage you’re navigating, finding resources and a community is important for any family. Our online catalog of tools, blogs, and podcasts is curated with you in mind.
We are proud to provide the M-CHAT-R, a free online autism screening tool, which is a good first step in your autism journey. The questionnaire can help caregivers check for early signs of ASD in their child as young as 16-months old. While not a diagnosis, this research-backed tool can be used by your child’s healthcare team to assess the likelihood of autism.
Our online resources also include blogs and the Autism Weekly podcast. From navigating the first appointments to tools for independent living, you can find expert advice on a variety of topics. We seek out top researchers and vocal advocates to share their stories with us every week. Families with autistic children need a support network to help their children thrive in their environments. We are proud members of the communities we serve. Our teams support sensory-friendly events in California, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah throughout the year. Autistic children and their families deserve spaces where they feel welcome and included.
Want to check out a center to see if it’s right for your family? ABS Kids hosts Toddler Time at select centers. The free event at one of our ABA centers is designed to build social skills for children aged two to five in a supportive environment. It’s a great way to meet other families and connect with our trained and experienced staff with your questions.
In our Centers
No matter which of our nearly 80 centers you walk into, you’ll be greeted by the same fun and inviting feeling. Our centers are specifically designed for children with ASD. Every space has:
- Gross Motor Room: A fun and safe space for your child to play and interact with other children. Social skills like sharing and taking turns are utilized in this space.
- Sensory Room: This room has lights and textures for your child to explore and help regulate their emotions.
- Reading Nook: Filled with books for all ages, children can cozy up with their favorite characters.
- Lunchroom: Mealtime is also a great time to practice skills! Our behavior team helps prepare children for school at every opportunity.
- Session Rooms: As we tailor your child’s therapy to their unique needs, we can provide one-on-one sessions without distractions.
Every toy, book, mat, and activity is placed with your child in mind. Our aim is for every child to see themselves represented in the space.
Tailored Plans
Care plans at ABS Kids are tailored to your family’s needs. Our trained behavior teams work with you to develop goals as individual as your child.
- ABA Therapy At Home: There’s comfort in familiar surroundings. Our team comes to you, working with your child in your living room, kitchen, or backyard—wherever growth naturally happens. We coach you in real time, so you can see how small strategies fit into your daily routines.
