Alternative Behavior Strategies, (ABS), a leading provider of services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, announced today that Natalie Roth, PhD has been appointed Vice President of Clinical Services, a new position within the company. She previously served as Director of Clinical Services and will continue to report to Jeffrey W. Skibitsky, MA, BCBA, LBA, president of ABS.
“Dr. Roth is a seasoned and trusted leader who consistently delivered results in preparing clinical systems to ensure retention of quality during growth, while helping expand applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in North Carolina and California,” said Skibitsky. “I have tremendous confidence in Natalie’s ability to continue helping ABS drive and extend its leadership as the leading provider of services for those with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).”
Dr. Roth, who is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in childhood neurodevelopment delays, will immediately assume responsibility for the alignment and prioritization of the organizational clinical excellence across the company.

Dr. Roth joined ABS in 2015 and was the first clinical psychologist to collaborate with ABA care. She was appointed Director of In-Clinic Services in 2016, where she participated directly in the development of an expanded range of collaborative services, including speech, occupational therapy and psychology, including assessment and psychotherapy. She was named Director of Clinical Services in 2017, a role in which she was responsible for expanding and developing psychology services in North Carolina and California.
Prior to joining ABS, Dr. Roth served with the Utah State Health Department, Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN), a multidisciplinary assessment clinic held in conjunction with the University of Utah Pediatrics. While at CSHCN she developed a specialty in assessing young children with neurodevelopmental disorder, including ASD.
A graduate of the American Psychological Association (APA) approved psychology program at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, Dr. Roth earned practicum experience through a pre-doctoral internship at St. John’s Hospital, Child Development Center in Santa Monica, California.
